TAISEN Warranty — 30-Day Manufacturing Defect Coverage

At TAISEN BRAND LIMITED, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. All TAISEN products are manufactured using our proprietary SOFT SKIN™ biomimetic materials — premium body-safe formulations that have been certified to meet FDA, CE, and RoHS standards. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our limited warranty coverage, what is included, what is excluded, and how to file a warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage

TAISEN BRAND LIMITED provides a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects for all products purchased directly from our official website at taisenbrand.com. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

What Is Covered

The following issues are covered under our 30-day limited warranty:

  • Material Defects: Defects in the SOFT SKIN™ 3.0 silicone material, including abnormal tearing, cracking, bubbling, or structural separation not caused by misuse
  • Structural Failures: Internal skeleton or structural component failures that occur under normal, intended use
  • Workmanship Issues: Assembly defects, improper sealing, or other manufacturing flaws that affect product functionality or integrity
  • Color or Finish Defects: Significant discoloration, uneven pigmentation, or surface finish issues present at the time of delivery (minor color variations due to display settings are not covered)
  • Odor Issues: Unusual or persistent chemical odors that are present upon opening the product and do not dissipate after proper cleaning and airing

What Is NOT Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from any of the following:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual degradation from regular use over time, including minor surface softening, subtle color fading, or natural aging of the material
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by use of the product for purposes other than its intended design, excessive force, or rough handling
  • Improper Cleaning: Damage resulting from use of harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, alcohol-based solvents, boiling water, dishwasher cleaning, or failure to follow our recommended cleaning and care instructions
  • Improper Storage: Damage caused by exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat, sharp objects, contact with incompatible materials (e.g., certain plastics or inks), or storage in conditions outside recommended parameters
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations, repairs, or modifications made to the product by anyone other than TAISEN BRAND LIMITED
  • Products Purchased from Unauthorized Resellers: Our warranty applies only to products purchased directly from taisenbrand.com. Products purchased from third-party marketplaces, unauthorized retailers, or counterfeit sources are not covered
  • Cosmetic Imperfections: Minor surface variations, mold lines, or slight asymmetries that do not affect product functionality or safety
  • Loss or Theft: Our warranty covers product defects only and does not cover lost or stolen items

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your TAISEN product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@taisenbrand.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim.”

Step 2 — Provide Information: Include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The date of delivery
  • A detailed description of the defect or issue
  • Clear, well-lit photographs or video showing the defect from multiple angles
  • A brief description of how the product has been used, cleaned, and stored

Step 3 — Evaluation: Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 3-5 business days. We may request additional information or photos if needed to properly evaluate the claim.

Step 4 — Resolution: Once your claim is approved, we will proceed with the appropriate resolution as described below.

Resolution Options

For approved warranty claims, TAISEN BRAND LIMITED will, at our sole discretion, provide one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement: We will ship a replacement product of the same model (or a comparable model if the original is no longer available) at no additional cost to you
  • Store Credit: We will issue a store credit equal to the original purchase price, which can be applied to any future purchase on taisenbrand.com

In most cases, we do not require you to return the defective product. We may request that you dispose of the defective product according to local regulations or, in some cases, provide photographic proof of disposal. This policy exists because intimate products cannot be resold or refurbished for hygiene reasons.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

Hygiene Considerations: Due to the intimate nature of our products, opened and used products generally cannot be returned. However, our warranty covers defective products regardless of whether they have been opened or used. If a product is found to be defective, we will replace it without requiring the return of the used item.

No Cash Refunds Under Warranty: Except where required by applicable law, warranty claims are resolved through product replacement or store credit only. Cash refunds are not provided under this warranty policy.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAISEN BRAND LIMITED’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY DEFECT IN OUR PRODUCTS.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO PERSON OR ENTITY IS AUTHORIZED TO EXTEND OR MODIFY THIS WARRANTY.

State Law Rights

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
