We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and handled directly by CCBill or Epoch in accordance with their respective security protocols and PCI DSS compliance standards.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund
  • Opened or used intimate products are not returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (industry standard)

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you and TAISEN agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, as set forth above. You agree to waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

For disputes related to payment transactions: All payment disputes must first be directed to our customer service team before initiating any chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We work closely with CCBill and Epoch to resolve payment issues promptly. Failure to contact us before initiating a chargeback may result in account suspension and additional fees.

16. Changes to Terms
